You must be a certified diver to hire the scuba set or any individual items that are part of the set.

You must have DPV certification to hire any DPV.

This equipment is rented for your personal use only. You cannot loan or sublet to any other party.

You are liable for any damages or loss of equipment. Losses or damages are charged at replacement value. Replacement value is based on the retail price listed on Aquafluent website. If the equipment is not listed on the Aquafluent website, the replacement value will be sourced from an Australian dive retailer, plus applicable shipping/handling fees. If the equipment is only available oversea, applicable shipping, tax, duties and all other import fees will apply on top of the retail price.

Aquafluent is not held liable for any misuse, inability to use correctly, or accident while you are using the equipment.

To secure gear, please contact us with your request at least 24 hours in advance. To reserve your equipment, we require: name, email, phone number, and 50% of hire fee paid.

A rental agreement will be emailed to you and must be signed before the equipment can be reserved. It is your responsibility to read and agree to this document.

No refunds will be given once a booking is confirmed and paid for, if booked equipment is not picked up, leaves the shop, or is unused.

You are required to pick up and return the rental equipment to the dive shop. Instructors and/or dive guides will not take it to the dive site or return it to the shop after your dive.

You will need to present your driver license/passport, certification card, and credit card on pick up.

Full payment is required on pick up.

You must inspect and test the equipment before leaving the shop to ensure all items are clean, complete, and in good working order. All deficiencies must be noted on the checkout receipt. You are liable for any damages or loss of equipment.

Credit card or cash required as deposit when picking up equipment.

You are required to pick up and return the rental equipment to the dive shop. Instructors and/or dive guides will not take it to the dive site or return it to the shop after your dive.

Late returns of equipment will attract additional charges, which are $20 per hour or part thereof. If not returned until the next day, or multiple days later, you will be charged at the full daily rate for each additional day.

Equipment must be returned in a washed, reasonable condition and free from foreign matter. If the gear is returned unwashed, there will be a $30 cleaning fee.

Regulator - make sure the dust cap is secured on the first stage.

BCD – empty all saltwater out of the bladder, fill BCD with fresh water through the inflator mouthpiece and shake all around, then pour out all water.

Weights must always be kept out of the tubs away from other equipment. If weights are found in tubs with gear, a $40 inspection fee will be charged, and you will be liable for damages if found.

Tanks must always have air left in them to keep out water and moisture. If the scuba diving tank is returned to us with no air in it, the customer will be charged a $40 visual inspection and tank maintenance fee.

Get 15% off single items when renting more than 3 single items or with a set.

Discounts do not apply to sets, extra tanks, or Nitrox fills for rental tanks.

Only 1 extra single tank or 1 twin tank set is allowed per person per day.
